Refund Policy - the basics

Replacements are not possible, as each mosaic is handmade and one of a kind.

A partial refund will be issued within 2 days of receipt, if the product was damaged during delivery.  You will be asked to provide photos of the packaging and the product when first opened.

For a full refund, consider purchasing insurance on your package so that any damage during delivery is fully covered. We only ship via UPS, for the care and quality of service they provide.
